Tomorrow, another Xbox 360 free-to-play title launches, joining the ranks of titles like Happy Wars. It’s called Ascend: Hand of Kul. If it sounds familiar, it’s because it used to be called Ascend: New Gods, and was originally teased as such at E3 2012.
We haven’t heard much about it since, until now anyway. But at this point, I don’t know many people that want to… since the game has been very little of a blip on the game release radar for over a year.
Regardless, Ascend: Hand of Kul features single player and asynchronous multiplayer modes, the latter of which allowing you and other players to enter each other’s worlds. It will be available sometime tomorrow at no cost to you, but has a 99.9% chance of having micro-transactions of some sort.
Remember to insert your allowance directly into the disc drive, should you choose to make a purchase.
