Metal Gear Rising VR Missions Exclusive to PS3

Got your copy of Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance pre-ordered? Well, if you’ve got more than one platform at home, you might want to lean towards the PlayStation 3 version of the game, if you haven’t already. According to a post on the PlayStation Blog, Rising will feature VR Mission DLC that’s exclusive to the PS3. Not only that, but also THIS:

“…in an interesting twist, you’ll be able to take control of the much loved/hated Dwarf Gekko in the VR Missions.”

Not gonna lie. I have no idea what that means.

It’s not clear from the blog post whether or not the VR Missions DLC will be free, and just when it’ll be available, but the clues I’m getting from the post itself suggest that it won’t cost anything, and should be ready to go on the day of the game’s launch, Tuesday, February 19.

    If this is the only difference between the 360 and PS3 versions, then I’m still going 360. I like my God of War/Uncharted on the PS3 controller, and the rest of my games on 360. Perfect harmony. :)

    It’s 30 extra missions i ordered the 360 limited edition I just wished they’d bring it to 360 for a price…. I love VR missions
