Made as an entry to Global Game Jam 2013, Surgeon Simulator 2013 is the best way you can spend your Monday morning.

The game combines QWOP style controls with the simple task of removing a man’s still-beating heart and replacing it. In the process, you’ll probably kill him several times over, accidentally drop a rotating saw into his open chest cavity, and spill shards of bone and lungs onto the floor.
