Darksiders Free to PS Plus Subscribers

Once again, PS Plus subscribers are getting some top-tier free stuff. This time, it’s a free copy of THQ’s original Darksiders, free starting today. Boom! That’s…that’s fantastic.

If you haven’t played it (I haven’t!), this game gives players control of War, one of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, in his quest to, like, I don’t know, be a badass or something. If nothing else, this can get you in the mood for Darksiders II, which launched late last year and featured War’s buddy, Death. If you’re like me, I bet you can’t wait to give Pestilence a whirl. He was one of the Four Horsemen, right? Also, Lady Gaga, I think.
