Rumor: Fire Emblem Awakening Nintendo 3DS Bundle Could Come to America
Way back in the ancient days of March 2012, Japan received the all-too-desirable Cobalt Blue Nintendo 3DS, themed after the much-anticipated Fire Emblem Awakening 3DS title. Now, as speculation surrounding a reportedly leaked Game Informer advertisement appears to indicate, this once-exclusive themed 3DS might find its way to North American shores after all.
The bundle comes with the above shown Cobalt Blue Nintendo 3DS and a copy of Fire Emblem: Awakening. Whether or not this copy will be digitally pre-installed or included as a cartridge in the box is unknown. Were I to guess, I’d place my wager on a digital pre-install, simply because that happens to be Nintendo’s method as of late.
If you’re simply itching to try out the game itself, a demo is available on the Nintendo 3DS eShop for you to enjoy and/or share with your loved ones. After all, we both know your mom totally digs Fire Emblem. With hair like Marth’s, how could she not?

Hmmm… Looks cool, although I haven’t played any of the Fire Emblem games. I’m still waiting for that Pikachu 3DS to come to the US.
Why are there no bundles for the XL? It was the first system I ever bought that did not come bundled with a game… =( no face raiders doesn’t count! luckily there were a bunch of games on sale at the time.
