Sure, today I spent a ton of time thinking about how Android-powered gaming consoles might be the new future of the industry. But that doesn’t mean the future isn’t already here, in your pocket, on your phone–ALL ALONG. That’s what the guys at PowerA believe, the makers of the MOGA Bluetooth controller that connects to your Android devices. Today, the company announced the MOGA Pro, a new version of their mobile gaming controller that more closely resembles the controllers used for traditional home consoles.
PowerA’s president said this about the new controller:
“The response to our MOGA pocket-sized controller from Android gamers has been fantastic, and we’re now excited to give mobile gamers true, console-style control with MOGA Pro. Now more than ever, mobile gamers will feel at home with a traditional controller while playing the huge variety of games available on the MOGA Mobile Gaming System.”
The Pro is slated for Spring 2013, but no price has been announced. If you’re curious about the previous iteration of the MOGA, make sure to read our review from October.
