Machinima Exclusive BioShock Infinite Trailer

By Brian P Rubin | 21 October 2012 | 2 Comments

Even though this autumn and holiday season is full to the brim with video game goodness, don’t forget about Irrational Games, and their long-awaited BioShock Infinite. Take a look at the exclusive trailer above—it’s pretty sweet. You get plenty of glimpses of the game’s environments before and after the crap starts to hit the steam-powered fan. It looks pretty great.

The game’s set to come out on February 26, which gives me plenty of time to catch up on what I missed. I’ll say it again, though I’ve admitted it before: I tried the first BioShock a few years ago, but I stopped playing it because it was too scary.

I am a gigantic wuss. And probably also other names that I won’t write here, because I’m trying to keep it clean. But yeah…feel free to make fun of me. I don’t care. Infinite looks so good that I’m really tempted to go back and try again.

What do you think of the trailer?

Hey Brian, if you’re having trouble playing Bioshock because it’s scary, you have the same problem I did. I had it on the Xbox and I doubt I got any further into the game than you.

However when I got it on the PC via Steam (on sale) I found it MUCH less scary and played it all. Not sure why, perhaps with a good old mouse and keyboard, I felt safer, eh your guess is as good as mine. But I tell you, it is worth it.

Scary? The controls aren’t that bad.
