Ohio State Marching Band’s Fantastic Video Game Tribute

By Brian P Rubin | 08 October 2012 | 0 Comments

Yesterday, I spent about three hours at the Minneapolis Metrodome, where I saw the Minnesota Vikings handily vanquish the Tennessee Titans, 30-7. It was excellent. MEANWHILE, the day before, Ohio State managed to beat the pants off of Nebraska—but during halftime, the real show happened. Ohio State’s marching band took the field and put on one of the best video game-inspired routines I’ve ever seen.

The agility and accuracy of the marchers is truly something to behold, and by the time they get to The Legend of Zelda’s Epona, you’ll be pretty much amazed. Seriously, I’ve never seen so awesome a display.

Great stuff! Go sports! Go video games! Go marching band! To quote Homer Simpson, ¡Viva life!
