Borderlands 2 ‘Mechromancer’ DLC Details Arrive From Twitter

As of this morning, Gearbox has started up a Twitter account featuring the likeness of Gaige, the formal name of the Mechromancer DLC character for the company’s recently released and highly-praised shoot-and-loot FPS RPG, Borderlands 2.

The account has been tweeting photos and snarky comments (mostly in an attempt to remind people that the Mechromancer is still totally a thing), and will likely be the beacon from which news about the forthcoming content will pour from.

For those not in the know, the Mechromancer is a class for Borderlands 2 that was announced at PAX East 2012, and will be available October 10 for folks who pre-ordered the game (or are willing to cough up $10).

Also, she has a robot sidekick named Deathtrap and an affinity for science, explosions and all-around violence. I may be in love.
