Half in the Bag Slow-Motion Kicks the Resident Evil Movies

One of my favorite web series is Half in the Bag at Red Letter Media, in which Mike Stoklasa and Jay Bauman (and sometimes Rich Evans, too) talk about movies. It’s a simple premise, but the two have created an extremely entertaining and enjoyable series of movie reviews. Do yourself a favor and watch their dissection of Jack and Jill, and when you’re done with that, click around their site for some long-form, extremely entertaining Plinket Reviews.

I’ll cut to the chase: after a brief hiatus at the end of the summer movie season, Stoklasa and Bauman have returned with a two-part discussion of the Resident Evil movie franchise. I’ve only ever seen the first two movies in the series, and that was plenty. Do yourself a favor and set aside forty minutes or so to watch what these guys have to say. Sure, this may not strictly be video game news…but sometimes it’s nice to get away from the controller, isn’t it?
