Even though Borderlands 2 has only been out since Tuesday, hints of its forthcoming and as-yet unannounced DLC are already popping up online. A post on Kotaku from yesterday reports the findings of gaming-news-unearther, Superannuation, whose Twitter feed regularly offers up information a good deal of time before announcements become official.

With regards to Borderlands 2, the resumes of various folks in gaming have begun showing signs of work on projects associated with the game, specifically an expansion called “Torgue,” a reference to the weapons manufacturer in the game’s universe.

A post on Joystiq notes that there are four scheduled DLC drops for Borderlands 2 planned, and whatever “Torgue” is eventually called (if not simply “Torgue”), chances are good that this is one of them, in whole or in part.

Anyone out there been playing Borderlands 2? What do you think of the potential for “Torgue” DLC?

Living Birderlands 2 and if the dlc from the first Borderlands is an indicator it should be outstanding!
