Next Week Vita Will Get over 100 PSOne Classics

My PlayStation Vita sits, lonely, untouched, slightly covered in a film of dust, hoping, waiting for that day that I’ll have something to do with it. Fortunately, that day might be just around the corner. A post on Destructoid reports that Sony will be making a library of over 100 PSOne Classics available for play on the Vita next week.

We have firmware update 1.8 to thank for that, it seems. Not only that, but the new update will allow the Vita be used as a controller, says the post. Great googly moogly, that’s cool! That basically means that I’ll have a super advanced looking Bluray remote…cool beans, man. COOL EFFIN’ BEANS. The update goes into effect on August 28…
