Yellow Pikachu 3DS LL Gracing Gamers of Japan

Once again, the great country of Japan is receiving a new 3DS color to add to their already massive stockpile of exclusively-themed handheld gaming devices. This time around, they’re getting the all-too-fantastic Yellow Pikachu Edition Nintendo 3DS LL.

Interested buyers should know that to attain one of your own, you’ll need to pre-order one from a Pokemon Center between August 25 and September 14. The extra-large handheld goes on sale the following day, September 15 for the system’s usual price of 18,900 yen.

While it hasn’t been explicitly stated that this new color won’t find its way to other countries, Nintendo has been very slow to introduce new console colors in the West in the past. Let’s hope that changes with the introduction of this edition.

One thing’s for certain though: It will print money. Awwwwwww SNAP!
