Where/When To Watch The Sony Gamescom Press Conference Live

Like many other publishers, developers and bigwigs from the game industry, Sony will be at Gamescom this month in full force – hosting their usual, official Gamescom press conference for those in attendance as well as those stuck at home (or work or school).

The press conference will be streamed live on Tuesday, August 14 at 1PM Eastern and 10AM Pacific. For those based out of Europe, the conference will be available for live viewing at 19:00 German Standard Time and 18:00 UKAEA time.

While it’s hard to expect gargantuan hardware news out of the PlayStation publisher, it isn’t unjust to anticipate the announcement of the ever-alluded to PS3 redesign or even a slash in price for current units – after all, the company announced an official price cut at Gamescom last year and even revealed the PS3 Slim at the 2009 show.
