Rumor: Several PS All-Stars: Battle Royale Characters/Stages Revealed Through Leaked Images

Several images reportedly from the private beta of PlayStation All-Stars: Battle Royale have leaked onto the Internet courtesy of a handful of Reddit and NeoGaf users. Originally, an image was posted by Reddit user 696Ly with the word “leak” splattered across the picture’s entirety, followed by even more uploads.

Images showcasing 14 stages and 12 characters from the game were then uploaded by NeoGaf member miladesn. One screen even includes a Bioshock Infinite-themed stage based on the city of Columbia seen in many of the game’s trailers and screenshots (shown above).

Snapshots of in-game files were also uploaded to NeoGaf, which appear to indicate that these characters might be unlockable throughout the course of the game.

As far as characters revealed in the images are concerned, the following have reared their heads:

• Dante from DmC: Devil May Cry
• Cole McGrath from the inFamous franchise
• Ratchet from the Ratchet & Clank franchise
• Raiden from the Metal Gear Solid franchise
• Sackboy from the LittleBigPlanet franchise
• Sir Daniel Fortesque from MediEvil
• Heihachi Mishima from the Tekken franchise
• Toro, PlayStation marketing icon in Japan
• Nariko from Heavenly Sword
• Jak from the Jak & Daxter franchise
• Spike from the Ape Escape franchise

Here are the characters that are indicated as playable in the later-leaked files, many of which you might notice have already been revealed and showcased in gameplay videos prior:

• Colonel Radec from the Killzone franchise
• Fat Princess from Fat Princess
• Kratos from the God of War franchise
• Nathan Drake from the Uncharted franchise
• Parappa the Rapper from the Parappa the Rapper franchise
• Sly Cooper from the Sly Cooper franchise
• Sweet Tooth from the Twisted Metal franchise

So what does this tell us about the post’s legitimacy? Well, we obviously can’t confirm it, but based on the leaked file list and the number of already confirmed characters, we’re pretty darn convinced.
