Crytek’s F2P FPS ‘Warface’ headed to North American Shores
The previously Eastern-only free-to-play FPS Warface from Crytek is now headed to western shores, courtesy of publishing through Trion Worlds. Warface will now be available in North America, Europe, Turkey, Australia and New Zealand through Gface, Crytek’s own gaming network, as well as on the Trion Platform.
“Crytek has repeatedly proven their foresight and they are doing that again by leading the shift towards delivering high-quality, free-to-play, online games,” Dr. Lars Buttler, CEO and founder, Trion Worlds, said.
“We are very impressed with Warface and Crytek’s commitment to polished gameplay, amazing graphics, technical excellence, and real innovation. We very much feel that we are kindred companies and stand strong together.”
No details have been given regarding a release date specifically, but we expect to hear more news out of Crytek on that soon enough.
But in all seriousness, take a look at that gameplay up top. Don’t tell me that doesn’t impress you for something that costs zero dollars and zero cents.

I played warface with a patch that made things english-er, and I can say without a doubt, that it’s the best F2P game I’ve ever played. Can’t wait to play it legit.
Sound and ground effects look awesome… Always great commentary and epic comments…
Already have it in Russian, its really good for a F2P and when it finally come to US, I’ll have my Advantage already being a Level 32 from playing Russian version
