MGS 5 Images from Comic-Con All Fake Says Kojima
Did you see images from Metal Gear Solid 5 at Comic-Con this weekend? Well, if you say you did, you’re either 1) a liar, or 2) someone who got duped by a liar. That’s the story being told by none other than Hideo Kojima, the father of all things Metal Gear, who has offered his comments on recent claims (and allegedly faked images to go with them) that Konami was secretly showing assets from MGS5 at the convention in San Diego.
Said Kojima on Twitter:
“Since I’ve received inquiries about the MGS5 title screen/the announcement made at ComicCon which I had no idea of, I looked up on the net and found the source. But pls note that title logo is completely FAKE. I apologize to those who were looking forward. Anyway it proved I can still create the buzz.”
Well, there you go. And to whoever’s out there faking the Metal Gear goodness—we’re onto you!
Unless, of course, Kojima’s just faking us out…
Curse you, Solid Snake. Your wily secret agent ways will always confound yet delight us…

The series ended so well with iv… Why can’t konami just like kojima make something new?
The series ended perfectly with 4, and then that damn epilogue ruined everything.
