Despite being outed by the Microsoft Web Store late last week at Comic-Con, the Halo 4 Legendary Edition Xbox 360 console bundle is officially official and will be available when Halo 4 launches on November 6, 2012 – you know, the day some of you are supposed to be voting.

The bundle comes with the forerunner-themed console with blue lights and Halo-related sound effects, two matching transparent controllers, vouchers for in-game weaponry and accessories (and avatar gear), a headset, and a sweet, sweet copy of Halo 4.

Apart from the controllers shown above, there is also another standalone limited edition controller up for purchase. Shown below, the transparent controller with blue led lights (which the bundle controllers lack) will be $60 each and will be available on October 21.

We’ve attached a gallery below for you to peruse and decide the value of the package for yourself. I want one so bad.

Question: It includes an edition of halo…it looks like it’s standard edition? No legendary/heroic/ultimate editions with crazy statues or loads of in-game dlc? I guess the extra dlc goodies it has could be the same as the special editions…which I assume it will have..

I missed out on pre order bonus’ of ME3, Halo Reach, Batman AC and I actually want them this time..regardless I am getting this beauty.
Watching Kovic play at Comic-Con was awesome (: First time a special edition console has appealed to me.
