Spotted yesterday on Microsoft’s website was the Halo 4-themed Xbox 360 set to launch this November alongside 343’s upcoming installment in the long-running franchise.

Drawing from the game’s very heavy Forerunner theme, the console shown above comes bundled with two Halo 4-branded wireless controllers (with blue LED lights), a standard black headset, and a retail copy of Halo 4. If you like Forging and downloading custom games however, you’ll be happy to know the console also comes with a whopping 320GB hard drive inside.

Some downloadable content is packed inside as well, including a unique armor skin, unique weapon skin, unique emblem, and a matching set of avatar armor with prop. Also of note, the console does include custom sounds for powering up and opening/closing the disc tray.

Altogether, the package will cost you $400. Hey, Bill Gates can afford one, why can’t you?

This console was initially spotted yesterday by a number of folks who were quick on their feet, as the listing has been snappily removed from the Microsoft web store. Given that so much Halo type stuff was going on yesterday, it wouldn’t be out of the ordinary for Microsoft to tease something like this, dangling it like a chicken leg in front of our faces – just ever-so-slightly out of our reach.

Anyway, who wants one?

I’ve never been one for Xbox bundles – but even I’ve got to say that box looks so freaking cool.

Looks so sweet I would definitely drop $400 bucks for it just because I lobe the Halo series.
Everything looks awesome so far about Halo 4 but I can’t wait to hold that controller in my hands when i land on requiem.

“two Halo 4-branded wireless controllers (with blue LED lights), a standard black headset, and a retail copy of Halo 4…with a whopping 320GB hard drive inside” and all for $400? I like the design for the console and the controllers. This is worth buying.
