Back in March, the Xbox.com listing for Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed III seemed to have accidentally revealed the game’s online multiplayer mode—though the details of that mode have been pretty much under wraps until now. It was revealed over on IGN that the multiplayer would be called “Wolf Pack” mode, allowing you and up to three other online friends to tackle waves of assassinations that grow more difficult as you go.

Sounds good…though I do wonder whether or not the multiplayer aspect will have any bearing on the game’s main campaign itself. Probably not, right? Even still, I’m in the tank for this one. I get pretty excited every time I see a new ad or trailer. I want it now, please.
