Borderlands 2 Takes You to the Jungle, to Sleep, in New Trailer

The new trailer for Gearbox’s Borderlands 2 is fantastic. It shows off plenty of action-packed gameplay, sure. But what’s really great about it is how much personality it’s got, too.

Juxtaposition’s an important factor. Understanding how audio and visual work together is often key to success—and I’d say that the folks who put this trailer together succeeded quite well.

Still, if you’re a noob, it doesn’t tell you a thing about Borderlands 2, which comes out this fall. But that doesn’t matter—watch the trailer and smile.
