Dragon Ball Z Budokai HD Collection Coming This Winter

Back in May, we dug up some info on a possible Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi HD Collection, rumored to be arriving sometime in the near future for the PlayStation 3. As it turns out, we were sort of (kind of) correct – the Dragon Ball Z Budokai HD Collection was announced today by Namco Bandai for PS3 and Xbox 360 and it’s…interesting.

The HD collection will contain two of the three past generation Budokai games, that being Dragon Ball Z Budokai and Dragon Ball Z Budokai 3 – notably skipping the inclusion of the second game entirely (something that might not settle well with series fans).

Regardless, the super-saiyan packed package will be available this winter for both PS3 and Xbox 360.
