Ubisoft Looking to Bust Ghost Recon PC Issues
A post on Joystiq points out that gamers trying to enjoy Ghost Recon: Future Soldier on their personal computers have been encountering some bugs. Bugs like, you know, the mouse and keyboard controls not working correctly. Or at all.
So, you know, kind of a big deal.
Other problems include framerate glitches and other visual hiccups that are marring the experience for many gamers. Ubisoft is listening. Ubisoft wants to help.
Said one Ubisoft community developer:
“The team continues to work hard, improving the game experience, supporting the title and listening to the feedback. There are multiple updates planned over the life of the game and here is some additional information on to what exactly each type of update contains: http://ghost-recon.ubi.com/gr-portal…t=tcm:6-231-32
We’ll try to keep you posted as much as possible regarding the future updates. See details for the day-one update here:http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php…rmation-Forums”
Anyone out there tearing their hair out over these problems? Now you know where to go to bitch about it.
Rassum frassum ghosts.

Bunch of low life entitled gamers complaing i presume. Hey losers, you try programming a game to have working controls
Well if you buy a 60 euro/dollar game you atleast expect to have working controls. And even more if the publisher is some big ass well known company like ubisoft.
well…after you buy a game(presumably) you want it to be working, at the very least …sure programming is hard has hell at least in in my eyes and that’s why I haven’t event touched it after a few experiences
but I cant see were your rage is coming from…those “low life entitled gamers” you speak about have a bit of reason, but are you raging because you are a programer yourself? and went through the same experience?? that’s fine if its that, otherwise your just calling yourself “a low life entitled gamer” for raging at people who actually have a point!!
there will always be rage and that’s the nature of gamers…
PS:i´m raging at diablo III because of the 1.03 patch(costs of repair at the merchant)
:)
Galo but sure making sure the controls you need to play the game actually work would be pretty high on the list of things to make sure worked before releasing a game don’t you think. It’s just not acceptable, if it was minor in game bugs and glitches I’m sure people would let this go, but to have a pc game which doesn’t work with a mouse is ridiculous.
@Galo What sort of BS reasoning is that? is like buying a car that fails in front of the dealership and the salesman come laughing his ass off saying “Wanna a working car, go to engineering school”
Well excuuuuuuuuuuuuuse me princess.
Well we should complain since the main thing to play a game is the controls. How can you play it with glitches/not working controls. Another factor was that GRFS was delayed on PC by a whole month and then delayed by another 2 weeks after the console release, this delay should have been to make sure the pc version works correctly.
your an idiot/troll, go on, tell me you’re not a troll. ubisoft have released a below standard product to PC gamers again. If they didn’t spend so much money on shows and set pieces like at the E3 2012, they might have some money for game development.
Galo, I have. It’s not hard at all.
