Halo 4 Details Culled from Retailer Quiz
A post on LittleEnglishHaloBlog has rounded up a series of fact-filled slides about the forthcoming Halo 4—slides that came from a retailer quiz provided by Microsoft itself via the ExpertZone website. The ExpertZone is designed to provide retailers of Microsoft products with information and details about what they’re selling, and in this case, the information is related to specific Halo 4 junk.
The slides confirm that the game will offer 10 new weapons, two new vehicles (plus old ones from past games), as well as “improved support to create, organize and track groups,” which fans are taking to mean as hinting at clan support. The competitive multiplayer War Games mode will also include10 maps, with more to come from DLC.
There’s also mention of Spartan Ops, which will provide 50 free missions over the course of five missions for 10 weeks. Pretty slick.
If you haven’t yet, check out the slide show above. Thoughts?

It said season 1 will be free….Does this mean future seasons will cost us money?
EXCELLENT QUESTION.
I want to say no seeing as the first is free, but then again this is Microsoft handling the publishing. So who knows.
I really just want to know what’s up with the Didact’s symbol flipping up side right now.
DAMN YOU GREG BEARS PULL ME BACK INTO HALOS LORE
TAKE MY MONEY!
What if Sparton Ops is secretly bringing RVB into Canon
As far as I’m concerned, RvB is canon.
Some Promethean/Forerunnner vehicles would be pretty badass. Especially if they build themselves like the weapons and hover in the air… somehow I don’t think they would give us that though… :/
50 free Spartan Ops misions, MP, SP, Forge,
we got some great value here
Damn. 343 is pissing me off. They’re taking away what made the Bungie multiplayer so fun. That was what I loved about Halo, the simple, yet balanced multiplayer. I can deal with some perks and killsteaks I guess, but unlocking weapons as you level up has thrown me off the edge. This isn’t Call of Duty! I don’t even think this multiplayer should be considered Halo. Sure, I’ll probably really enjoy the campaign, but as for multiplayer, I think I’ll stick with Bungie.
