Anyone from France, Germany, Italy or Spain and looking forward to the upcoming Dawnguard DLC for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim? Well, you’ll unfortunately be waiting a bit longer – as a recent tweet from Bethesda announced that gamers from the above countries will have to wait until mid-July to get their Vampire-slaying on.

In better news, the 1.6 patch for the Xbox 360 version will be released on Tuesday, June 26 in the same affected countries, the same day the DLC lands on Xbox 360 in North America.

For more news on Dawnguard and its included vampires, vampire-hunters, mounted combat, the crossbow and even more hilarious guard quips, check out our E3 2012 video preview.

for anyone that’s about to jump on the let’s hate bethesda band wagon here. Please note, Microsoft are just as responsible for this. if anything this just goes to show why timed exclusives are such a bad idea.
