Animal Crossing 3DS Set to Launch This Fall in Japan

Like most of the news tonight, Nintendo announced via its Nintendo Direct livestream this evening that the long-awaited Nintendo 3DS Animal Crossing title will hit Japanese store shelves later this Fall. Unfortunately, no dates were given for territories outside of the land of the Rising Sun – that means you, North America and Europe.

At any rate, Australia could get the game before we do – they get all the nice things in life you know (like freaking Animal Crossing).
