CoD BLOPS 2 Coming to Wii U According to Leaked Mag Scans

A post on Eurogamer today reports that leaked scans from an issue of Nintendo Gamer Magazine confirm that Activision’s next installment in the Call of Duty franchise, Black Ops 2, will see release on the Wii U console. Neither Activision nor Nintendo made such an announcement at E3 last week, a curious fact if this leaked information is accurate.

In addition, the piece in the magazine itself apparently doesn’t add any new information about the game, nor does it include screens from the Wii U version, says the post. Moreover, there’s no information about how, if at all, the game will  utilize the Wii U’s touchscreen GamePad controller.

Of course, if it’s NOT coming out for the Wii U, why the heck would it be in Nintendo Gamer? The mind, it boggles.
