Exclusive Fall of Cybertron Trailer Reveals Dinobots’ Origins

By Brian P Rubin | 23 May 2012 | 4 Comments

Check out this trailer for August 28’s Transformers: Fall of Cybertron. We’ve got the game’s director, Matt Tieger, going into detail about how his team at developer High Moon Studios set about coming up with a new, definitive origin for the Dinobots, led by T-Rex Grimlock.

While I’m pretty sure that coming up with a logical origin for a bunch of alien robots who turn into dinosaurs isn’t really all that important in the grand scheme of things, Tieger makes a convincing case for what they’ve decided on. I must say, I’m interested.

Your thoughts?

Thoughts? I seem to have mysteriously lost them all at once.

This is a Transformers movie after all.

They’re not gonna do it like the original show? The autobots find dinosaur bones & they make robots based off them

Actually, they ARE based on the dinosaurs minus the bones. The origins is still not bad though
