Statistically speaking, humans only like two things: sports and first-person-shooter video games. Provided this proven statistic, both Activision and EA have decided to air new trailers for their upcoming video games, Call of Duty: Black Ops II and Medal of Honor: Warfighter respectively, during a sports game.

Airing during the Champions League finals between Bayern Munich and Chelsea are the trailers for the next iterations of Call of Duty and Medal of Honor. EA’s trailer for MOH is slated for launch at half-time of the game, which will be approximately at 3:30PM EST.

Activision hasn’t given word on when to expect new Black Ops 2 footage, which means it could run during any commercial break between 2PM and 5PM while the finals are on.

You could stare at your TV for 3 hours or more, or you could simply wait for the trailer to pop up online shortly before or after.

Your choice amigo.

Black ops = Reused footage from the first trailer to a music track.
    MoH:WF = Brand New Footage

My reason behind this claim? Cod does this trick every year by remixing a trailer with music and has just released a trailer showing the game, MoH on the otherhand, has been a while since it released a trailer and needs new footage to sell its self.

Medal of Honor Warfighter seems like it has a really huge improvement from the last game. Black Ops II hasn’t really told about the improvements, and maybe there isn’t any. I think if Black Ops II wants to be Warfighter, then there will have to be major improvements.
