I am getting tired of company's money grubbing to draw as much money as possible through DLC. Similar practices have already had reprocussions for companies such as EA who have lost a number of once loyal fans and have begun to feel the financial strain. It's not that Capcom decided to add more content to a hit game due to customer's wanting additional content. The DLC has already been in the works for some time and appears to have been planned all along. If I were to go and buy DD, I am only purchasing part of the game content available. It's not enough anymore to buy a game, greedy companies want more. Cunsumer's are getting tired of this practice and the numerous forums on the internet are a clear indication of this.

I don't mind so much paying for extra dlc for DD, considering it has so much already along with tons of replay-ability. Hell, this time next month, I'm saying good bye to my family, my girlfriend and my job to binge for a month, although considering I need to pay the electric bill to play DD, I might have to still work >:/
While I would throw my money at this upcoming wonder game that came almost out of the blue for me, realizing that they put so much into its production, I find it rather annoying that they'd lock up content that they implemented into the game itself. I figured they'd keep the team continuously developing new areas over time with what they've made already and then sell that, which we in turn would most appreciatively buy. But hey, at least they aren't EA, mirite?

the infamous "we're listening line"

Don't these publishers learn anything

I'll be surprised if capcom actually does something regarding this but capcom and most of these publishers are becoming like politicians, say one thing and do the complete opposite.

I'll be watching capcom very closely, but as of right now they are on the "wait till the complete edition comes out" list instead of the "Enough is enough time to boycott" list.

DLC is bad enough, putting in on the retail disc and charging extra for a tiny unlock code to access it just stinks. How about doing away with DLC and trying to charge for every single extra piece of content? Sure, games companies have to make money but trying to squeeze every penny from fans is pissing off everyone.
