Portal 2’s Cave Johnson Tells You All About The Upcoming Map Editing Tools
Last week, we detailed news about the upcoming map editing tools coming to PC/Mac owners of Portal 2, entitled the “Perpetual Testing Initiative” DLC. Now, Cave Johnson (from the game, if you’re unaware) is back to tell you all about it in a video provided courtesy of Game Trailers.
And because I can’t go another sentence without cracking a joke regarding lemons and burning your house down, I’ll go ahead and pass the mic over to Mr. Johnson. If you played Portal 2, you should now be giggling to yourself. If you did play it and you’re not giggling to yourself, that’s just poor joke execution on my part.
Whatever, just watch the video.

If you look closely when it shows all of the workers, at the bottom there is one that is different. It could be the meet the pyro spot. Also IGN and Valve could be pulling a massive troll with the quote wake up and smell the ashes, A reference to half life 2/possible half life 3, it could just be a reference to ashes come from fire. That would be a massive troll even for valve, but all we can do is wait and see
I would love to get my hands on this tool, but I’m afraid… I practically vanished for two months when I got my hands on the program winmugen… I made chars, coded them, and made everything from the stages to birds flying above my fighters heads… I’m afraid my folks will file a missing persons report if I so much as peek at the portal level maker… But then again…
