Midnight Purple Nintendo 3DS Arriving May 20

This past weekend, Sam’s Club dropped a listing on their website for a newly purple-colored Nintendo 3DS. As it turns out, Nintendo has stepped forth from the shadows, holding in their grasp a Midnight Purple 3DS, and it’s ready to start printing money on May 20.

Old Inside Gaming jokes aside, the new unit will be available on May 20 for the standard 3DS price of $169.99. It will launch alongside the new Mario Tennis Open game, Mario’s next step into the world of professional tennis.

Have a girlfriend? Get her this, it’s all cute and purple. I hear some girls like purple things. I’m color-blind though, so don’t take my word for it.

But hey, it also plays video games, so she might enjoy those too if the part about it being purple gets old.

    Again, Nintendo makes me laugh very hard. We musn’t forget that I was once a kid on my DS playing Dogz (with the Z at the end), so at least Nintendo hasnt forgotten the female population!
