Rayman Origins May Get a Sequel

Rayman Origins, one, if not the most lovable platformer of 2011, might actually receive a sequel.

According to a survey from Arkenford, a marketing client of Ubisoft, the team has reportedly been tossing around the idea of a Rayman Origins 2. Support for this comes from Kotaku, who apparently received some screenshots of the aforementioned survey.

Based on the images, it seems that the next game could have dragons and more  of the awesome four-player drop-in/drop-out co-op, all layered within Greek mythology – maybe Kratos will make a comical appearance.

However, keep in mind that this is in no way a confirmation of the game’s existence. But like I always say, it’s fun to speculate.

Ubisoft has been inquired of, but as always, they’ve replied with “Ubisoft doesn’t comment on rumors”. Hmph.
