Rumor: Poster Points to Black Ops 2 Reveal in May
A mysterious poster has been circulating around numerous video game websites in the past 24 hours, and many seem to think it’s related to an announcement for Call of Duty: Black Ops 2.
They’re probably right.
The above image was apparently forwarded from a “retail source” that’s in-the-know about the rumored sequel from Treyarch and Activision. The date May 2, 2012 and the phrase “return for debriefing” are centered on a very Black Ops-themed image, adding weight to the idea that we’ll see a sequel to the 2010 smash-hit from the folks who brought you World at War.
This isn’t the first time a “leak” has happened regarding the game, The French, a blog, and an artist have all contributed to rumors of the game’s existence in the past few months.
This is, once again though, complete speculation until either Treyarch or Activision officially announces the game. Until that day comes, which is looking more and more likely to be the date on the poster, we’ll continue to make our guesses.
I’m with everybody else here though – it’s definitely probably maybe most certainly Black Ops 2. Deal with it, people who wanted something new.
Honestly though, the poster couldn’t feel like any more of a confirmation. Only if they had put “Maaaaaaaasssoooooonnnnnnn” under the date would I be 100% confident that this is Black Ops 2.
Maaaaaaaasssoooooonnnnnnn…

WHAT DO THE NUMBERS MEAN MASON?!?!?!?
I want more FUCKING REZNOV! The most badass character and they kill him off… Please bring him back….
There have been some rumors that Reznov wasn’t dead after all. Some fans found some encrypted codes within the game’s campaign, that when decrypted, showed signs that Reznov was hiding since the escape from Vorkuta. Look for Reznov’s Maverick Code
