Lego Batman 2: DC Super Heroes Looks Fantastic

I don’t know if you knew this, but late last year, DC Comics went ahead and rebooted their entire universe.

I only buy one DC book now. It makes me very sad, no joke.

So when I saw the trailer for the upcoming Lego Batman 2: DC Super Heroes, I got legitimately excited. As you can see, we’ve got a Lego version of Superman, as well as what seems like the voice talents of Clancy “Lex Luthor” Brown and Mark “The Joker” Hamill. Hopefully they’ll be lending their voices to the game in addition to simply the trailer.

In addition, I spotted a couple shots of a red-Afroed Lex Luthor, which is just fantastic, since he hasn’t sported his red hair in the comics for quite some time. The game looks to be taking a page right from the pre-rebooted universe’s “World’s Finest” comics, where Batman, Robin, and Superman would team up and, well, fight bad guys.

I’m nerding out pretty hard here, guys. Yeah. Imma get this. It’s set to come out for all home consoles, DS, and PC this summer.
