Concept Art from Abandoned Sin City Game
Over on ComicsAlliance, there’s butt-tons of concept art from an abandoned game based on Frank Miller’s Sin City comics, though the project’s development seems to have been spurred by the popularity of the movie by Miller, Robert Rodriguez, and Quentin Tarantino.
According to ComicsAlliance, the art was made by Australian artist Simon Lissaman, an employee of developer Transmission Games, and hearkened back to Miller’s designs and art sensibilities. Eventually, though, the company that brought the project to Transmission, Red Mile, was acquired by SilverBirch Studios, and shut down in 2009.
So no Sin City game. But hey! Here’s the concept art, published by NixelPixel. What do we have? Muscly guys and boobly ladies. So, you know, like pretty much every other game ever made.
