honestly, i liked the ending, sure i was upset about it a little but that didn't force me to make a petition to have the ending changed, thats just asinine. i believe it was appropriate to end Shepards Story!!!!! i mean come on, ME fan boys have got to understand that theres a reason why you have those three choices, and why it turns out the way it did. you should feel accomplished for whatever you decided to do in all ME's. The ending was suppose to make Shepard a Legend. those of you who are part of that petition, you took it waaaayyy too far. just deal with it.

No, you are an ass hole because you were saying that the writer completely disregarded the good deeds of the petition, which he didn't. It was a well written article.

Can't tell if stupid or trolling. Everyone has a right to petition, everyone has a right to express discontent towards said petition. You have the right to be pissed off about the ME3 ending. I have the right to tell you that you are being a pompous ass hole who needs to calm down. First off, he clearly covers the good that they are trying to do with the petition. Secondly, the ending of 99% of his articles are humorously placed as opposed to them forcing their opinions on people. So Again, calm down.

Yes, I should stop expressing my opinion on an $80 game I purchased. Not counting the extra normal edition I bought for a family member, and the other two games. Not including the merchandise, and the alternative ending to Mass Effect 2 that Mass Effect 3 seems to forget happened with the Mass Relays and all.

I'm sorry but after being promised for 5 years that all our choices would matter in the end and being thrown an A, B, C ending is a bit outrageous. Call us whatever you please, we are channeling our negative energy into charity. Because hey we LOVE Mass Effect 3, until the last 5 minutes.

Hey,
Since I don't know where to put usaid questions I'm going to put one right here and hope you answer.

There is no doubt that the Mass Effect Trilogy was amazing. However, I do have an issue with the ending....manly because a game that praises itself on choices and the repercussions of your actions & consequences, in the end it didn't even matter.....they always told us that all your choices will have an effect, but at the end, all the outcomes were the same.....it didn't matter. That was, for me, the biggest let down of all.

Now if they made those choices because of future games made down the road (let's face it they made an incredible, dynamic universe, it would be a shame just to let it end) that could explain perhaps why they took the route that they did. (Too have all of the same outcomes) However they could have just done what they did in the Star Wars KofOR where they picked the one 'true' ending and based the sequels of that choice.

And Lastly, I hate how i have no closure....i feel empty and pissed of that i feel like it hasn't ended because bioware would do that to us......but apparently they just did.....

Please tell me your response to this^. I value and appreciate your opinions!

Yeah! Stop expressing your opinion about a legitimately shitty ending that pretty much every single Mass Effect fan hated! You're acting entitled despite the fact that you paid for the game and you're keeping Bioware employed by buying their games!

What's with the Inside Gaming blog and it's weird hate for people protesting anything? As I recall it's right there in the constitution that we have a right to protest things we disagree with, and it's not hurting anyone, so why mock them?

I never cared a lot for gaming endings. The things I want from an ending are: a nice cut scene, an answer to 95% of the plot secrets (unlike in every AC game) and a feeling of acomplishment.
But the thing that I care most about games is the quality of the "trip" from the beggining till the end.
