Diablo 3 Senior Producer Exits Blizzard

In an announcement via Twitter on Friday, Blizzard Game Producer Steve Parker made public that he had left the company, and would no longer be a part of Diablo 3 development.

“Hey Twitter, I’m no longer working at Blizzard or on D3. I’ve had a great 5 years there and those guys are going to kill it with Diablo.”

Whether his departure is at all connected to the recent design changes is unknown, but it could also be possible that the project was near enough to completion that he had decided to go on to pursue other projects.

On that note, if any of you are looking for a job as a Senior Producer, an opening just so happened to pop up at Blizzard. It’s funny how that works.
