Blizzard Says Diablo 3 Release Date is Not Announced

Yesterday, we reported that Best Buy is advertising that Diablo 3 is launching on February in the United States. Micah Whipple, the community manager at Blizzard, just tweeted that “Diablo III does not have a release date. Any store or person claiming otherwise is guessing.” Well, that’s that, I guess. Of course, with the official looking nature of Best Buy’s advertisement, there could still be the chance that the game will launch that day, but on Blizzard’s official end, Diablo 3 has no release date.

my guess is 2014, when they do give a release date they will just push it back repeatedly, like with sc2

I remember YEARS ago when they posted the firsted movies and release dates. Back when i played the second o.o wtf happened?

Gamestop has it down as March 2nd, but we’ll see.
