Today, Eric Monacelli, the community strategist for Naughty Dog, posted the PlayStation Blog that the Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception Soundtrack was available for download.

Now your life is going to be pretty epic. DRAKE-STYLE-EPIC, YO.

From the post:

“We worked very closely with hyper-talented composer Greg Edmonson to create a truly remarkable aural experience for Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception. Created to fit a wide variety of daring situations and subtle moods, Greg’s music is expertly crafted to evoke the high action, interactive cinematic feel that the UNCHARTED franchise is known for. The sounds and tones Greg uses help to fill the atmosphere at the proper moments of action, tension or drama and help drive the pace of the gameplay. Those stirring, and at times delicate or aggressive and hardened, acoustics can now be downloaded directly to your PS3.”

Who is Greg Edmonson, you ask? Only the composer for motherufcking (yes…MOTHER UFCKING) Firefly, which was one sweet ass show filled with sweet-ass music. If you don’t like Firefly, you don’t like fun, and I don’t like you. So suck it.

The soundtrack will set you back a measly ten bones, and that seems like a pretty good deal. Think about it—you can play this thing when you play D&D! You do actually play D&D, right? I’m not the only one…am I?

Shit.

Anyway, you can get the thing from a variety of places: LaLaLandrecords.com, Amazon, Best Buy, and iTunes, as well as some brick-and-mortar stores such as Barnes and Noble and Fry’s Electronics (that’s a place?).
