How much you wanna bet that like on the trailer there will be a sniper mission, and you will try to kill makarov and you fail and supostly hit his arm and 2 weeks later is ok! Just like on COD4… and Makarov will die in the end like Zahkiev (or what ever his name is) where Price tosses you a gun and POW! ded.
