Nintendo of Europe Closes Club Nintendo Due to Phishing

The last couple months have been tough on various gaming developers and publishers. The biggest was Sony, crippled for more than a month due to hackers. Nintendo announced that they were hacked shortly before E3 started, but nothing was compromised on that front. Unfortunately, today Nintendo of Europe announced that the Club Nintendo service would be shut down until further notice due to a phishing scam. Thankfully, bank and credit information was not taken.
As of this time, the North American Club Nintendo service is still up.
