welcome back

Sony is finally making good on its promise to reward the players that suffered through the PSN hack debacle with two free titles for both the Playstation 3 and PSP today. This is only available for those who had a PSN account before the hack date, April 20, 2011. Sony is also offering a free 30 day Playstation Plus trial. The “Welcome Back” content will be available until July 3.

Players choose two from this Playstation 3 list:

Dead Nation

inFAMOUS

LittleBigPlanet

Super Stardust HD

Wipeout HD+Fury

And two of these PSP titles:

LittleBigPlanet (PSP)

ModNation Racers

Pursuit Force

Killzone Liberation

All benefits used with the Playstation Plus program will expire after the 30 day trial unless the user decides to further their subscription, causing benefits to continue.

Personally I’ve already purchased all of these PS3 titles because they are all great games. What do you think of this selection? Was there a game you hoped for that didn’t make the list?

Look on the bright side, we get two cool games from each console and we get a 30 day PSN+, that means free games, avatars and the likes…

If we download the free Psn+ for a month today, we could all get the closed Beta for Uncharted 3 on the 28th?
