Three Heavyhitters Join Valve

Valve has been on the hunt. Nope, I’m not talking about the long-developed Half-life: Episode 3. Instead, I’m talking about three new hires that will join Gabe Newell and company in creating some of the best games ever made. Michael Abrash, Scott Ludwig and Mike Sartain make up this trio of heavy hitters. You might know Abrash from his work at id Software on games like Doom and Quake. Sartain worked on the first Halo game, and Ludwig is a behind-the-scenes player who has been in the industry since the 1980′s. With names like these, it’s exciting to see how they will influence the development of Valves biggest titles, but fanboys the world over are just hoping that this means Valve will be able to crank out their games a sooner.

Nah,Valve won’t speed up their game making process.
i hope episode 3 is half life 3
For everyone who thinks Valve will release Episode: 3. You are wrong. Why would Valve release another “episode” to to a highly anticipated title? If anything Half Life related, they will release Half Life 3. Get the whole “Episode” thing out of your head. Later after Half life 3 they may release an episode, I am sure of it, but not off the bat like that. That would be a huge mistake on Valves part.
