Some screens for the first game from video game supergroup 38 Studios and Big Huge Games are finally available for viewing with your ocular balls. If you don’t know what the big deal is with this one, Ken Rolston (designer of The Elder Scrolls III and IV) is serving as lead designer, Spawn creator Todd McFarlane is producing the game’s art, and fantasy novelist extraordinaire R.A. Salvatore is creating the game’s setting.

So we basically have the videogame equivalent of Asia.

Yep. Reckoning is currently scheduled for a Fall 2011 release on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Here are the rest of the screens, clicky for biggy.

Something tells me that if I’m looking for an RPG with great gameplay I should look at this instead of Dragon Age.Admit it,Origins didn’t present that much good gameplay,at least in the combat aspect, but this right here looks awesome.Perfect contrast between light and dark colour while being very streaky at the same time, now that is what I call art direction.Same thing goes for the creatures.
I can say one thing for sure, this game is going to be good, but we’ll see if it can be great.

    Not PC? :(

Consol, consol, consol… I bought a gamepad a years ago, it can’t be that hard, to just dump the game of on PC and demand hardware levels of a xbox 360…

People might need to get an I7 and new GPU, but hell rather that, than an xbox… I like my PC and upgrading it for 2-300 euro would still be better all round than using the money on a bloody consol…

Somebody should be able to build an all in one GPU, CPU, RAM and motherboard unit dedicated for gaming in a way, that would kill off all competition… I might cost 1000 USD, but it would probably be able to remove several unnecessary chips or increase the effectiveness of them (okay i’m not a hardware genius, but from what wiki has on xbox 360 hardware, it seems there is a lot PC designer could learn), that just create lag…

    More consol thinking/games in PC’s, please…
