Ubisoft Announces Call of Juarez: Juarez Harder
Actually, Ubisoft has announced Call of Juarez: The Cartel, but don’t you think “Juarez Harder” has a nicer ring to it? I’d make a music video with a title like that. Anyway, Cartel will be coming to PS3, Xbox 360, and PC in Summer 2011.
Unlike the previous two Juarez games, Cartel will be set in the modern era and send players “on a journey like no other – one that will take them from the heart of modern day Los Angeles, California to Juarez, Mexico” according to the press release. We’ll have to see if driving from LA to Juarez really is a “journey like no other,” but something in a Cormac McCarthian, No Country for Old Men vein could be really interesting.
