Unsurprisingly, Googling “Chair Entertainment” Brings Up Porn

THQ has a new logo, which Justin claims is a near-rip of Chair Entertainment’s logo:

I can see his point – they’re both very angular and the H is flipped.

Personally, I like the new logo. It’s very… 80s. It reminds me of tape decks, wraparound shades, and ghetto blasters. I’m amused that the Q is also evocative of a question mark – maybe implying that THQ has an enterprising spirit and will try to work the unknown. It faintly reminds me of EA’s old “Challenge Everything” slogan.

Certainly is boxy though. Can’t wait to see the new logo videos – maybe introducing Homefront? I guess we’ll find out March 8.
