THQ and Mattel Reach Development Agreement

This may not be the news you were hoping to see today, but THQ and Mattel have reached a licensing agreement that will allow THQ to develop games on some of its more popular brands. Well, 80s popular anyway. Barbie, Hot Wheels, Fisher-Price, Rock ‘Em Sock ‘Em Robots, Polly Pocket, and Masters of the Universe are included in this deal, so there’s a lot of potential to fill up Gamestop’s shelves with games you don’t care about.
That said, the Lego series turned out damn good, and I could use an awesome hack n’ slash based on Masters of the Universe. Hopefully it’d be rated M.
