Final Fantasy XIV Players Getting Another Free Month

Say what you will about the state of Final Fantasy XIV (lord knows I already did), but at least Square’s trying to do right by their customers. A post on FFXIV hub The Lodestone announced that certain customers would get another free month of play while they try to whip the game into shape.

Eligible players will have to have purchased the game, registered an account, and purchased a character slot by November 19. So if you’re on the fence about the game, snagging it right now will at least net you a free month. Free stuff can sell anything… right?
