7000 Illegal Games Seized in Canada

There’s not a lot to do in Saskatoon. In a place that sounds like somewhere Bugs Bunny got lost, its surprising that it is Canada’s Most Dangerous City according to a study last year. Not wanting to get their moose stolen, Saskatonians stay indoors and play a lot of video games… but they apparently don’t pay for them.
A police raid in the city caught a 35 year old man and over 7000 illegally copied games. These were console games, and the moron got caught because he advertised online offering a modded console with pre-installed games. Police estimate that the retail value of the games was in excess of $200,000.
That’ll buy a lot of moose jerky.
